Inwater Engineering was established in 2023 in Jacksonville, Florida. Our mission is to provide big-company waterfront solutions through a small business operation, thereby providing a simplified and personalized level of service to our clients and partners that is easily scalable to any project size.

Craig founded Inwater Engineering in 2023 with the intent of "getting back to the basics" and providing a personalized level of service to his clients. He is a seasoned marine structural engineer and waterfront project delivery specialist, and his resume includes projects throughout the United States and Canada, and in over 20 countries and 5 continents. He has delivered well over $1B in infrastructure projects for his clients over the last 2 decades, and he has led engineering teams on complex port and maritime projects upwards of $150M in constructed value.
